"I loved everything about our stay here - with one exception. The beds were comfortable but they were extremely noisy every time I would make even the slightest move. So noisy that we would wake each other up in the middle of the night. I would strongly recommend upgrading the mattresses. Next time I’m in NYC, ideally, I’d want to stay here again - but the mattresses might be a deal breaker for me. Everything else was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. "
