The location of the hotel was perfect for using as a homebase for making day trips to nearby towns like Alberobello, Matera. Polignano a Mare, etc. It took a few minutes of walking to the central train station and bus terminal. Yet there were no noises heard from train or bustling streets. Wr had an early flight so they packed us a to go bag with ample selections. We ate at a small restaurant down the street toward the coast that looked like a bar at first...it was excellent. "
