"Everything was great at this hotel. The location is excellent, the morning buffet is fantastic and the staff are all helpful. Our room was clean and big as well and most importantly for Italy during a heat wave, the AC worked GREAT although we had to close the curtains because the sun came directly into our balcony and the windows were not heat resistant."

Upon check in we were informed that the hotel was not the same as advertised with a cliff side dining experience however it was at the sister hotel and reservations and rail seating was priority to us as hotel guests. The town of Polignano A Mare was easily accessible from the resort and transportation was arraigned by the front desk. "
