"When we went to the hotel It was not there So we did nt stay When we tried reaching to the hotel no one answered the phone We booked another hotel which was kerala stay at higher rate"

"We stayed at the Ramada from April 22 to April 29. it was initially intended to be just a 2 night stay but we extended our stay to a week. we absolutely loved this hotel, loved the staff. The staff was exceptional, specific referenced to Namrata at the reception desk and Prem at the restaurant We had a warm welcome and a huge welcome smile from Namrata at the front desk during our check in. She later guided us thru our various extensions to our stay, made the entire process easy. She was always available to help us with any questions we had with helpful information about the neighbourhood. Prem, at the Resturant was extremely helpful in explaining the Indian menu and helping with our selection of items on the menu. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area, the staff obviously made our stay pleasant. thanks a lot"
