"The flat is in very good condition and an ideal location. Check-in is easy but it is a flat for short term stays, not a hotel or B&B, the advertising is misleading."

"I made a reservation for this property in November 2024 for a rental date of 09/26/25. After I contacted the host for check in instructions on the morning of our arrival date, I was informed that the property was unavailable and my reservation was cancelled. I never received any correspondence from the host previously to my check in date. I believe that this is an unprofessional manner of conducting a rental business and it reflects poorly on VRBO.
