"It’s an old school fireplace in the suites you actually have to put firewood in….very impractical now to have at hotels(too much work). The hotel lobby and elevators are really worn out, carpets at entrance are awful doesn’t make the hotel look appealing. Location is very convenient though. This was the first Homewood Hilton that breakfast wasn't the best tasting, coffee very plain. "

The staff were outstanding, attentive and responsive, with firewood delivered to the room within minutes each time we called. The hotel also features a beautiful wine cellar in the bar area and an excellent on-site restaurant. Its location is perfect, just steps from the village, yet tucked away on the lake, offering both convenience and tranquility. With its Michelin recognition, it absolutely lives up to the standard. I would highly recommend Hotel Quintessence to anyone visiting Mont-Tremblant."
