"Every thing was great except the food was little bit enjoyable on Thursday and Friday ther was to little of seafood to many salads ather wise it was grate o escape people łapy the towels on the chairs on the beach for the whole day and we were having trouble finding free chairs klose to the water ther should be a limit some kaid of do every body can enjoy you closed the rei palace yhe people could have used that side and ther would not be so much problems I went to your place too relax not to fight for a space"

"The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are beautiful nothing to complain about. The pool is excellent and there is also a hot tub. Beautiful place to stay within 10mins walk to the tourist strip to enjoy the night life with bars and food. The breakfast there is also great. Overall I will stay at this location again. Plus great acess to the beach across the street"

"My family and I, along with some friends visited Aruba for a 2nd time and loved it. For our stay at Divi Phoenix, the resort is beautiful overall. However, I was disappointed with the constant beeping in my room my entire stay. Made it hard to sleep. No clue what it was but I reported it to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the beds are very, very firm. The sofa bed, you can feel the springs but for kids, its okay for a quick stay. The location is great, the staff is friendly and we enjoyed ourselves. Pools were nice and clean."

"This hotel provided everything you need! The Aruba Aloe line was great, we only packed a carry on so it was awesome that good products are provided. The gym was fantastic - it had everything we needed and more. The gym had big windows facing the beach/ocean. We wish the “Westerly” tower had more “exclusivity”, the beach chairs had no padding, it was plastic pieces going horizontally and it would hurt after a while - we would layer blankets. The ends have very hazardous metal, we hit our toes and shins so many times. The tower wasn’t fully done, but I’m sure it will be nice one all is complete. I loved that everything was new since it was just built this year. ONE MORE THING.. the pillows are absolutely the worst, they fold like a crepe, I went from using one pillow to using 3 cause they would just go flat, but the bed was comfy. "
