The bellboys were very professional, they had good communication and high-end problem solving skills. The breakfast was plenty, there were multiple options. The beach shuttle was a great invention! "Clean room and facilities. Dining options were plenty. Nice part of town. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was we paid for ocean view and we hardly had an ocean view. Our balcony overlooked mainly a parking lot. The ocean could be viewed if you turned a hard right around the room divider. "
