"I was surprised at the condition of this place since it is a “Disney good neighbor hotel.” By the time you pay for parking, there are much better options. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed somewhere without a hair dryer and tissues. You have to ask for a hair dryer and pick it up at the front desk, and they do not have tissues for guests. You will want to bring your own toiletries; there’s are very low quality. The hot tub only stays on if you rig it with the string that is near the knob. The location is okay. Across the street is Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s. "

"First of all- the location was absolutely fabulous! Right across the street from Disneyland. Our room was updated, clean, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the rooms were quite small for my family of 5. We would have loved a little more room to move around, but we managed. Also, we had been traveling for a few days before and after, so a laundry service would have been nice. All in all, it was a great place to stay. We would absolutely stay there again!"
