"Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. "It doesn’t seem many people opt to stay in the Furnas area but that is a mistake! It is a great location and a great hotel. There are 8 houses. We stayed in 3. It was clean and in great condition. The hotel grounds were prestige with a great pool, gym, hot tub, and sauna. Guests also get access to this gorgeous garden that is closed from the public 11 months a year. It was stunning. We took the breakfast one day and that was also fabulous with lots of great options including gluten-free if you need that. The houses have a full kitchen but only used it for cutting fruit and preparing picnics. "
