Inns in Nordland

The property has made a tremendous effort to preserve and restore this beautiful fishing village. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner in the restaurant.

The proprietors were helpful and friendly! Amazing location. Clean and safe.

The view was amazing!! We were happy there was a small kitchen so we could make dinner and enjoy the view. Easy access off the freeway. Parking right in front of cabin. Wish we could have stayed longer! Super clean!

Best we have stayed in Norway. Wonderful hotel! Nice rooms.

Great place to stay

This was an unexpected last minute pivot on our trip and we could not have been any happier with this pivot. The accommodation was stunningly beautiful. The owner and his son could not have been more helpful with getting us over by ferry and dinner recommendations.

The staff were very helpful. We wanted to get a late checkout and they jumped through hoops to accommodate this request. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Quiet location neighborhood across a grocery store. Good breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights in the 2 bedroom Stromoybua cabin at the lodge. A friendly staff at the lodge personally showed us inside of the cabin when we checked in. The cabin is roomy, modern and comfortable. It sits right along the water’s edge of the harbor with great view of the harbor. We were able to step straight out to the dock for a peaceful morning stroll. Breakfast was served in the lodge’s restaurant with great view of the water. Great place, super clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey but at the same time great options and good products. The bed was very comfy and not single beds, which seems hard to find. The sauna was also great, only bummer was the windows of the sauna were really dirty from people jumping and splashing the windows. So the view from the sauna wasn’t as we thought. We loved our stay at the Nordic apartments. Nice view of the water, comfortable beds and accommodations.

The location is serene. I got to see the Northern Lights just outside the hotel, no chasing:). The staff were very jovial and helpful. Parking was just outside and smile, with car charging stations!

If I come back in the future, I will choose the rooms facing the sea with mountain. Train can opposite to reception is too heavy to open.
