This was by far the best place we stayed during our time in the Kamikochi area. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their hospitality was warm, attentive, and truly exceptional. The hotel is full of thoughtful details that reflect traditional Japanese culture.
