"Amazing onsen! I booked a room with a private open air onsen for end of March 2024 and was blown away at how nice my room and the entire hotel was. "Really enjoyed our short stay and visiting this area. Walkable distance from the station and lake. A full Japanese-style breakfast was beautifully presented with some alternatives also on offer - fruit, eggs, bacon etc. We visited in May when the hotel and Suwa generally were very quiet so we were able to enjoy the hotel facilitie - the modern reception area and onsen.
