The hallway and the facility are quiet, making it easy to rest and sleep. Staff is polite and professional, always filling requests quickly and efficiently. I often travel alone and feel safe as the parking areas are well lit, clean and do not seem to have many people not staying there walking around."

While there was a $10 fee, parking was easy in the parking garage located directly adjacent to the hotel. There are many dining options in the area, including in BrickTown, which is a walkable distance. We arrived later than planned and had a quick dinner in the hotel dining room, which was excellent. We also had a lovely and abundant breakfast in the hotel dining room the next morning. "
