"The property is a comfortable size for 4 adults to stay in. It's a great location for walking to Lincoln's main sights. We were able to easily park on the street nearby. There are useful local shops for self-catering or plenty of places to eat out."

"A great, cute and quiet retreat, which I regrettably only stayed in for one night, as I enjoyed eating my takeaway pizza (rock'n'roll) sat out as the sun set and listening to the wildlife. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again, recommend."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with a beautiful garden and plenty of room within the property. There were seven of us and didn't feel on top of each other. There are a few niggles, although I put them into the category of observations and not complaints. The bed in the 'very' large bedroom was very creaky, and is perhaps time for a new mattress. There was damp in the shower room, although it is the end of the season. There were used pots of honey on the dining table that I think should have...

"The property was excellent, lovely hosts . The bungalow was comfortable, spotless clean, comfortable bed and had everything you need.Couple of nice areas outside for sitting out.Would highly recommend it. We found a lovely park nearby and plenty of little shops and takeaways just a few minutes walk."

"The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean and well presented little house and quiet backroad. The area overall looks a bit rough. The arial connection for the TV is very unreliable and unable to connect to the broadband. A tea towel would have been a good little extra and some kitchen roll. Otherwise, it was well equipped. "

"The property is in a lovely village with good amenities. Host communication was excellent before check in and during our stay. The accomodation was immaculate; beautifully decorated with everything you need for a home from home. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches left for our arrival (fruit basket, milk, juice etc). We'd definitely stay here again."

"All the staff were friendly and professional. The room was a refurbished one and it was lovely and clean. The pool was fabulous and warm, also there was a nice scent to it. I had a refreshing facial with Amanda, who was excellent and gave me some much-needed advice. The hotel is in need of some renovation, however it looks like that's already in progress. It cant all be done at once, it's not a criticism as I saw on some of the reviews. They are doing their best. On the Sunday night, I didnt enjoy my meal much. The salad wasnt very nice and the flatbread was hard. On the Monday night there was a long wait as hotel very busy, and not enough staff on. Those who were, however, were very friendly and professional. The dessert was a hot one, yet the custard not very warm. On the whole, I loved it. It was quiet and peaceful. I spent some time in the garden. The room and bed were comfy. All areas were tastefully and cosily decorated/furnished. I wanted to stay another night, mainly to enjoy more spa time & peace. But unfortunately I wasnt too well so had to go home. I do hope to return another time though. I was by myself yet I felt properly looked after by all the staff, so i didnt feel alone. A big thanks to everyone and I definitely recommend this place."
