"This is an ideal property for a group to visit the wonderful Lincoln. The property is both close to center but also quiet with easy parking."

"Property was in perfect setting for us to meet as a family and safe for 2 toddlers. Some very nice touches in the bungalow. We did have a few issues that could have happened at any time. Each were dealt with promptly by the owner. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return."

"Was ok for a stop over. The hallway had a rather musky smell. We had to contact host when we arrived to get details about how to check in but that wasn't obvious on the booking details."

"The property was excellent, lovely hosts . The bungalow was comfortable, spotless clean, comfortable bed and had everything you need.Couple of nice areas outside for sitting out.Would highly recommend it. We found a lovely park nearby and plenty of little shops and takeaways just a few minutes walk."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Lincoln and found lots to do. Property about a 20 minute walk to the centre and nice to walk through the Arboretum. Hot tub was fun and pretty well maintained but property itself quite run down and poor attention to detail (no batteries in TV remote, freezer unusable as so frosted up, no dishwasher etc...I'm a holiday cottage owner myself and think about the quality we offer and the welcome pack we always include; this was barely adequate in comparison. "

"Great central location with an easy and keyless check in. We did have a few problems to begin our stay due to an app error so our booked room wasn't ready but after contact with the host this was quickly sorted. We booked 3 nights and had issues with the shower in the room not working but again hostnd staff were very helpful and hot this resolved. "

"This is our second stay and I'm sure we will be back again. This place is lovely with all the facilities you need. The house feels very spacious and has the added bonus of a hot tub where my wife and daughter spent many many hours!. Great comms with the owners and they are very friendly. Love it here and will be back"

"The suite with hot tub was amazing and was so clean and bright,modern and just ticked all boxes , was great at check in and out and very thorough about how to use the hot tub too . Friendly and helpful would definitely stay again in that room "
