The room was better than the pictures. There were plenty of activities on site. The food was amazing! The staff was so pleasant and nice.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for sauna and steam room You can not swim in the pool You don’t have jacuzzi This was ridiculous. Instead of paying 40$ which is a ripoff you get discount 20% So I paid 32$ I stayed 5N , and you don’t have any entertainment, everything is over 30$, even a Cesar salad is 29$, dessert is 15$, taxi to and from airport is 40$ for 3 km.

The igloo was great. It didn't have a real bathroom, but the baths and toilets at the lodge were great, clean and warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is serene. I got to see the Northern Lights just outside the hotel, no chasing:). The staff were very jovial and helpful. Parking was just outside and smile, with car charging stations!

Very friendly front desk staff. Excellent breakfast buffet, which included the best smoked salmon I've ever had. Cosy cafe dining room with an open fire. The bacalao was delicious.
