"The AC & Heat were fine. The staff did not understood English, they never serviced my room after day 3 and did not supply extra towels or toiletrieslike tissue. No vents in the bathrooms and no elevators."

"I only ate the complimentary breakfast once while I stayed there. It was a very good breakfast. My room was nice, although my sheets were never changed. I only "allowed" housekeeping in my room once. They left it clean, but did not replace the coffee, so I only had coffee there once. (There was still the decaf coffee left) I would definately stay there again. "
