"Staff was very friendly. Property was close to the beach at a walkable distance with a nice and calm pool area. Room had a great kitchen and closet. Parking was included and had many spots. It was a great place to stay with a really good location."

"I read so many bad reviews of this hotel. Our room was on the 16th floor. It has great view of the sea. It was easily accessible to the beach that was excellent. But I was misled because it was advertised as hotel but not actually hotel. It was apartment lease place. No dining at all. So we have to go out and eat something. That was the difficult part of the trip otherwise pool was excellent and beach was excellent. Room view and space is awesome. "

"Everything was great except during check out when the front desk insisted we did valet parking. He walked around asking workers and it was shocking that no one knew what was going on. He also didn’t want to answer any of my questions and just ignored it like he didn’t hear me. Anyway, he didn’t seem like he liked his job nor had any customer service training. It’s too bad because the hotel was great but he left a bad lasting impression. Not the way to end an amazing trip. To HR: you need to coach this individual or give him a back role where he doesn’t interact with clients. "

"We keep coming back to the Monte Carlo because the rooms are apartments with everything needed, the beach and location are fantastic with great nearby restaurants, Publix, Walgreens and souvenir shops. It’s family oriented with 2 great pools, lounge, pool table, gym and free beach chairs/umbrella. I could go on & will definitely be back. "
