"This property has a great location on the channel, boardwalk and downtown shops. It’s quaint, in a large Victorian house with very small bedrooms. The bed was quite comfortable. They provide 4 pillows of all different firmness/softness. Water pressure in shower is great. Breakfast is cold but adequate. They offer snacks and beverages all day. The outside is rundown and needs paint but it’s minimal compared to the great stay inside."

"I had an incredible first visit to Michigan, and this home was the perfect place to stay. The house is clean and stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We loved the comfy beds, large selection of toys and games, and well-equipped kitchen (there was even a Nespresso machine with pods!). We also appreciated the shed in the back filled with kayaks, boogie boards, and other beach toys. Access to the private beach is conveniently located across the street. The host was very responsive and provided great suggestions of local places to check out. Our visit took place over Labor Day Weekend so we even got to enjoy a vintage car parade that came right through the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend staying here for your next beach vacation!"

"The location, view and cleanliness were excellent. We had difficulties with the keeping the unit at a regulated temperature on a couple of humid days. It didn't appear there were cooling vents that could handle the heat in the kitchen, dining area & the bedroom with the bunk beds. Thankfully there were a couple of fans that we could use to help cool those areas. On days the humidity was low, we were able to get a good breeze when opening the windows. Several bedrooms had individual wall units that were helpful for those rooms. The kitchen was listed as a chef's kitchen, which didn't describe the utensils and appliances that were actually in the kitchen. When traveling with family we cook a lot & it was important to know what is there and what is not, such as sharp knives, mixing bowls, Keurig, etc. Only enough plates for 1 meal. 1-hour before we left our house we were notified that the oven in the cottage was broken. We weren't able to use much of the food we had purchased & prepared to be cooked in an oven as it was out all week.We were able to communicate w/the realtor company & they were responsive. One notification from the realtors stated they had a starting supply of garbage bags, dishwasher pods, hairdryers, etc. and couldn't guarantee there would be a weeks supply. For the , I want a guaranteed supply of those items to cover our stay. The carved-out fee specifically for the realtor was quite high & it was quite an added expense to the rental."

"Location was excellent. Walked everywhere. Very clean. The host was very professional. ( a jewel).Laundry room was near, so we did a load of our clothes, and the condo towels up.You need to be able to climb stairs, the weak of heart would not make this place.Two flights to condo. Then once in the condo, three different levels, with lots of stairs.Only real drawback, but, very important for someone who can't walk well.Lovely condo, I would recommend it for anyone.
