Close to cafes, shops, beach and transport.A few kitchen things lacking if one wants to cook a basic meal and not just heat up take aways, but I communicated this with landlord who undertook to change things.Would happily book again next time!Would hire again"

"1. The clothes washing machine was not usable, due to a fault. 2. The hot water in the shower was erratic, and often running cold. 3. There was no contact with any person, during making booking. 4. The booking process involved a number of third parties, with no human contact. 5. No-one checked to see how I was settling in. 6. There was no cleaning service, during my occupation. 7. The wardrobe for clothes was used as storage for house cleaning equipment. I had move it all out, to hang up my...

"The apartment’s location was perfect for our trip, close to Coles, restaurants, and a variety of shopping. It was mid winter so the heating system was very efficient and cosy. The living areas and bedrooms were comfy. While the bathroom and kitchen were quite dated, they met our needs. The one tip for guests, is that the apartment is on a tramline so light sleepers may wish to pack earplugs. Overall, an ideal place to stay for a work trip to Elsternwick. "

" recently stayed at The Kinson and was overall satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with essential amenities such as a comfortable bed, clean linens, air conditioning, and a functional bathroom. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was quiet and offered a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping maintained the space well throughout the stay. While not luxurious, the room offered good value for the price and was conveniently located near local attractions and transport. I would consider staying here again on a future visit."
