Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was quiet and offered a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping maintained the space well throughout the stay. While not luxurious, the room offered good value for the price and was conveniently located near local attractions and transport. I would consider staying here again on a future visit."

"Excellent Hotel. Close to public transport and a lot of Melbourne's tourist attractions. Only problem I had was finding a staff member as the check in is now via computer. Also was forced to use my Credit card when purchasing drinks when I preferred to pay cash. "
