"This was my first time in Houston. The hotel was nice the bed was semi firm which is better than soft so I was happy. It takes a long time for the hot water to arrive in the shower. The breakfast was basic cold and hot cereal, apples and coffee. I would stay at Kozy again."

"Just an observation, when I pay the same price for the second night's stay, I should receive the same amenities as the first night's stay. The coffee pods in the room should be replaced, the bag in the ice bucket, etc."
