"Overall the listing is accurate. I did have to contact the property owner once i was at the location for the check in details. I would recommend extra towels, blankets, sheets. Overall with these improvements great place to stay. "

"As advertised he gave us a deal because it was a work in progress. The outside area definately needs work but it is exactlty as he advertised. Inside it was clean inside, no bugs, adequate kitchen/stove/fridge. We had one issue with water and he immediatlt came out to fix it."

"Tamiko was great to work with, she was VERY responsive and friendly! With that said, the grounds of the apartment were unkept and dogs were running around unsupervised. The apartment itself was great and the pictures of the apartment were accurate!! I had a hard time finding the building, but eventually found it. Overall, my stay was fine. "
