"This place is so nasty bugs everywhere dead and alive and it stinks inside horrible experience for my family the neighborhood is also bad feel unsafe it’s just a bad place won’t recommend it to anyone I talked to the person in charge of it who totally understood but they still changed me for the whole week I was going to stay even though I didn’t stay and let them know right away "

"My daughter and I came to the Spring area to visit my son. I know Houston has its issues but this area of Houston is very nice. I felt safe and enjoyed our stay. The carriage house we stayed in is very nice and we would recommend it. We will stay there again when we come back to Texas. "

"Was decent place to stay, road noise is a bit loud at times…but as far as the house, it was great. Would rent again!"

"As advertised he gave us a deal because it was a work in progress. The outside area definately needs work but it is exactlty as he advertised. Inside it was clean inside, no bugs, adequate kitchen/stove/fridge. We had one issue with water and he immediatlt came out to fix it."

"Efraín was an exceptional host. He made sure my family and I were abreast of everything going on with the property. If the lights would be off or the water not hot for a few hours due to maintenance, we were aware and could make other arrangements. Maintenance came the first day of our stay to check on a leaking toilet and leaking window from the rain, but they did not repair the window. When it rained, the window would leak inside the unit. "We had plenty of room & the apartment is so nicely styled. The couch does pull out to a bed so that was awesome, allowing others to spend the night and spend more time with them! Communication with the host was perfect. All in all I recommend and would stay again. 😊"
