"The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. I was disappointed in having to walk 3 flights of stairs due to a non working elevator and the dead end parking lot without hotel entry access was a drag as well. The fact that you advertised as NO MONEY BACK I FEEL that you need to get rid of the MOLD THAT IS TRAPPED IN THE 1st floor!!! It smells awful and that place needs to be aired out properly and cleaned!!! I don’t care what you think!! You guys better check into that...

"All in all for the money not a bad stay. A not so pleasant surprise came when I walked to the front office in search of my complementary continental breakfast as advertised by the website and major contributing factor to my rental at this establishment. Then to add to my disappointment the lady working in the office was extremely rude and short with all any discussion. "

"We stayed at this property to get in a little R&R with family and attended a New Kids on the Block concert at the Cynthia Wood Mitchell Pavilion. The drive was not bad and there was no traffic. We sure loved the pool and all the amenities. Beautiful, well kept and very wonderful host. I would highly recommend!"
