"Had to find a play to stay last minute after the house I had booked on Vrbo decided to cancel on me last minute. I had always heard great things about the Heights hotel so I decided to take a chance and booked it for our stay at Hell's Heroes. The vibes were great since 99% of the people staying there were also attending the festival. The rooms were clean, the staff was really cool and the fajita bowl hit the spot at the end of the night. My only complaint was that the elevator happened to be out of service the entire time we were there but that was probably just bad timing. The stairs were a little sketchy to walk up and down after a few drinks but that's probably just me. If I go back to the festival next year, I will definitely consider getting a room at the Heights again. "

"The bed was comfy enough to sleep in and the staff members were super friendly, but everything else was terrible. The room looked clean at first, but then we noticed how dirty the shower was and there was lint balls in our sheets. The walls were thin enough to hear conversations. The biggest disappointment was the lack of daily housekeeping. Even asking for a fresh set of towels was an extra fee. It definitely felt cheap."

"Most disgusting hotel I’ve EVER stayed at. Hair and goo in the bed, stains on the cover, sofa, counter tops, and shower. It didn’t even look like they attempted to clean the room just made the bed back up. When I asked for a new room mind you I was traveling for 6hrs just to get there and they told me I had to wait until 3PM to get a new room I got their around 9AM. Just judging by the sliding doors, the amenities, the old elevator I should’ve know what I was walking into. "
