"Check in was amazing, one valet attendant came off hateful and a little rude, had issues with our TV not working properly and it took a tech almost all day to fix, bar staff was wonderful, help desk was not so informative, found out as we were going to bed on our last night, that there was a 4 floor balcony that we could have spent some time on viewing the city, sunsets, etc, no one told us about that, as for suggestions for activities , sites to take in communication was limited as we just winged it, check out was very fast and easy, for the price I expected a little more than what was received"

"A very beautiful and well kept hotel near Old Town Albuquerque! I especially liked the friendly, helpful staff who helped me arrange transportation to sites such as Petroglyph national monument. My room was very clean and tidy - and the housekeeping staff was always available if you needed any supplies. There is also a convenient store located in the hotel. Outdoor sitting area is absolutely lovely. And a very close walk to Old Town sites and attractions! My only issue was the restaurant in the hotel - Gardunos - which turned me away for dinner when I was exhausted as they said 'reservations only.' Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay especially for a first timer visit to the area! Highly recommended A "
