From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smiles from the front desk staff. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly spacious. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, ample lighting, and thoughtful layout. The mountain views from the window added a peaceful touch to the experience. The room was also equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which made it perfect for longer stays. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations—fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, and more, all well-stocked and kept clean. The staff overseeing the breakfast area were attentive and made sure everything was running smoothly. I also loved the indoor pool and fitness center, both of which were clean and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Morgantown and West Virginia University, with plenty of dining options nearby. "Hotel appeared to be severely understaffed. My wife and I went to the bar and restaurant on the first evening and were never approached by any waitress or waiter. We went to the bar and again were never served. So we just left and never went back for the remainder of our stay. Housekeeping only serviced the room on the first day of our stay and never returned the other days. Very disappointed with service. "

"We had the handicap accessible room for my dad that was in a wheelchair. It was very spacious. The bathroom was very helpful. The breakfast was very good for continental standards. The pool was a good size. Would definitely stay again!"
