"This is a basic hotel with minimal accommodations. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was noisy with upstairs neighbors and side neighbors yelling and stomping around. I did not feel exceptionally safe here and was glad to find my car unbothered in the morning. Pretty sure some sketchy things were going on a couple doors down. "Rome wasn’t clean. Left over pizza stuff under the beds in both rooms. Shower wasn’t cleaned. Hair still around shower and shower walls were grimy and slimy. Beds were soft and a/c heater worked. No satellite signal to watch tv. No usb adapters or anything. Very plain and classic motel 6 experience and expectations. The place compared to the web page is a total opposite."

"Despite all the other hotels around Motel 6 that costs more, we weren't dissappointed at all with Motel 6. For the lower price, Motel 6 at this location was great! Will use again when I visit my son in Arcata."

"Pay the extra money to stay at the other location. The towels were stained, the blamkets had burn holes, and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but this location needs a power wash. Also, good luck sleeping with the 1am stairway cellphone concert and the 3am motorcycle rally."
