"We combined three families for this trip to cape cod. The property gave us plenty of space. We spent most of our time on the porches, of which there are an abundance. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch swing, enjoyed dinner on the back porch patio dining table and enjoyed wine in the evenings watching the sun set over the ocean. "This property was amazing and perfect for my family's getaway to Megansett this summer. Perfect location right next to the

, and the property had plenty of sand and water toys (buckets, chairs, umbrella, kayaks) to use. The house is older, but that added to the charm. The wall A/C units all worked well and everyone enjoyed their stay. It will definitely be on our list to stay in again in the future!"
