This is my fourth time coming to this resort. I have stayed in one unit the other three previous times and never really looked around the resort itself. This trip I stayed in another room. The rooms are not updated. They are antiquated. They don’t have adequate plates and cups and forks and knives for more than two people. The pool area, the venting the large heating venting is filthy. They don’t dust it. There’s big hanging dust balls. I do enjoy the pools. I enjoy that the resort is centrally located to any direction on the Cape.

The rooms were very cute and had everytgibg we needed. The ony things I wished were that the coffee in the lobby was available earlier than 8:00 a.m. and that the outdoor pool was open on the two nice days we were there.

We stayed for the emergency of the snow storm non power and it was a great stay, ended up being a mini vacation respite. Clean room and awesome amenities. My son and husband enjoy the hot pool! Housekeeping girls super nice and helpful.

This hotel is spotless and very comfortable. The rooms are well decorated, not fancy, but modern. I gave it 4 stars because it was very noisy-- lots of kids running down the hall, and I could hear voices in the rooms on both sides of me. I had to turn my white noise on loud to drown it out.

I stayed 2 nights due to power outage following the blizzard of 26’. From booking to checkout the process was flawless. The manager was welcoming, courteous and efficient. Check in was about 5 minutes. My studio suite was clean, quiet, comfortable and so cozy warm. Awesome after two days of no power. I told the manager I would recommend the Holly Tree Resort to friends and relatives visiting the Cape.

The hotel is in a good location. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it is within walking distance. The hotel has two swimming pools and a jacuzzi. Friendly staff. There is a good barbecue area. There is no restaurant, but each room has a small kitchen, we had breakfast in the room and it was very convenient. I recommend this hotel.

Love the pools and how close it is to everything , it’s literally in the center of the cape so even a ride to Provincetown is only a little over a hour, the room was big with two bathrooms, air conditioning worked great nice little barbecue area with basketball court and playground and the front desk had no problem helping with anything we will continue to make this a every summer destination for years to come
