"The property was quiet, even though it was one of 3 apartments on the property I didn't hear anyone else. I didn't get into the pool, but it was nice to have the option. Water pressure in the shower was great. I didn't like the firmness of the bed"

"Conveniently located, safe neighborhood, easy check-in. My rating reflects the disparity between the cost of the stay and the cleanliness mostly (dirty rugs, dust filled AC register, etc.). We also experienced a plumbing problem while we were visiting. Overall a cute property, with a nice pool. Just needs some TLC."

"The 3rd floor apartment was basically fine. The bathrooms should have had more towels and a better cleaning. It appears partially updated, but not in a real quality way. I would have felt better if this unit was cheaper, but at the higher pricepoint I paid, I would have chosen something different had I known it was just ok. The kitchen has no towels just paper towels. The check in involved signing rental agreement, and additional agreement to run my cc, which was already charged, photos, emails,...
