"Hotel is being remodeled at the moment so the bar and restaurant are closed. They did have cart in the main dining room that served as a bar and they served food. My wife and a couple friends raved about the lobster Mac and cheese. I skipped dinner. We had to have a defective plug in the bathroom replaced, which they did the same day we reported it. Short walk and shuttle service for Universal Studios Amusement Park which is the main reason we stayed there. All in all, a good hotel. Pricing is not necessarily budget friendly. We would stay there again if we go back to Universal."

"All great but used coffee pods left in pod tray and lack of new pods. We called and brought pretty fast."

"Great place and a reasonable price. Stuff is just a little bit outdated but it added to the charm. Definitely go check out the hidden koi pond too. My only complaint was that the wi-fi wasn't great. "

"Great hotel to sleep before a flight at LAX, very clean and peaceful, excellent food at the restaurant, staff was adorable and very welcoming. Shuttle very efficient every 10 or 15 minutes"

"Hotel location is excellent - walking distance to Disney Hall, restaurants and downtown attractions. Room was spotless and - most of all - quiet! Parking is convenient, though expensive (that's LA). Very pleased with my stay."
