"Great place to stay, very different from chain hotels, friendly staff and home feeling"

"The apartment was clean and spacious and had pretty much everything you could need. I wasn't cooking, but one thing I didn't find was a cutting board in the kitchen. I did not use the pool / spa but the area looked nice. Location was very convenient to lots of things, and if you're not in a rush I recommend trying to use the bus a few times, there is one that stops right near the apartment building and goes downtown or west through West Hollywood. "

Host was communicative, helpful and made the arrival & departure process seamless. Our only constructive feedback would be to provide sugar packets & half & half pods for coffee. The Nespresso machine was a great but we had to make an early morning grocery run for those basic coffee condiments. "

"This apartment is promoted as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse with pool. What they fail to promote is that there is a major plumbing issue with the bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet that doesn't flush thoroughly and the other gurgles through the sink all day and night long. When we checked in, there was debris in the master bath toilet, which we reported. We also reported the gurgling in the second bathroom. a few hours later, the toilet backed up and the girgling god worse. Both reported...
