"The view from the 22nd floor was amazing. Staff were very helpful and the whole hotel was well maintained and very clean. The only difficulty we had was the parking. The parking spots were very tight for the size of our vehicle but we did get our car to fit in the parking spot eventually. Besides the parking, we had a beautiful time while staying at the James cook hotel and we will definitely return to stay again the next time we are back in Wellington. Thank you to the team at the James cook hotel"

"I arrived and left in the dark so didn't see the local area. That said, the room was nice. It was clean and had all the expected amenities. The staff that I interacted with were great."
