"The hotel was beautiful. The location was excellent, and the staff were very nice. I only had two concerns: (1) the room service is not traditional room service. It is a to-go option from the restaurant. We were hoping for a special breakfast and so we splurged. Instead, we got soggy eggs in brown to go containers.
