"The hotel has potential, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and maintenance. There was dust on the walls and ceiling on my room, the bathroom needed deeper cleaning especially around the toilet seat in the floor, the ice machine required attention, the curtains did not block light well, the bathroom mirror light needed replacement, and odor control could be improved."

"After checking in I didn't look at the room yet, I just wanted ice. I checked my floor no ice just trash. I went to the the front and ask where's the ice machine? She said I'll give it to you, she went in the back and came back with a small bag of ice I knew then my experience wouldn't be good. The bathroom floor was wet, the sink was dripping, the toilet was dirty, the tub was filthy we didn't shower. And 1 towel. This hotel needs to be investigated by the Health Board IT'S THAT BAD!!!!"

"AC did not work. Maintenance promised fan that never appeared. It was 90 that day. Breakfast was horrible and service was even worse. Good Margarita in the bar and front desk staff were good. One night not worth $398. Valet staff had to be tracked down to park car."
