"The family room was literally a big house behind the hotel and the suite was roomy, new and clean. This house was a step up from a hotel room, it felt like a home and it was way above expectations. The photos did not do the ad justice... The staff were accommodating, knowledgeable and aim to please. I recommend the family room., even if it's just 2 people. It's way more square feet with a view and secure and gated parking area just for the family suites. "

"The staff at the front desk and the housekeepers were all so nice. The red haired lady on the night desk was lovely. All the staff were so helpful, they helped me with faxing, and I kept having to extend my stay, and they accommodated me. The breakfast was nice, and newspapers. The room had a good view and a large balcony with furniture. Microwave and fridge were good, everything very clean. Only downside is the road noise, which of course, can not be helped. I would stay here again. Thanks to the warm and wonderful staff!"
