"The building had no central heat. They had plug-in Honeywell space heaters, and the space heaters kept tripping the electrical system. I had to sleep three nights in a row in winter clothes, and a winter your jacket and absolute disgrace for any human being. further, the units should also shut off when they got filled with water and maintenance. Forgot to come one day. Is there another night of no heat I think the building code enforcement people in Boston should be called about this."

"Great location in historic neighborhood. Was informed at check-in of small leak in bathroom ceiling from unit above. Plumber had been there and removed part of ceiling to inspect. Cleanup was less than good for renters coming in. Small leak got big when tenant above used tub/shower. Make sure leak is repaired before staying here. We didn’t feel the management company taking care of booking responded well as the situation got worse, they need to do better. Other than that, this unit was perfect...
