"The property is currently having a portion renovated (its likely the entire property is eventually going to be renovated) but it's not trashy, dangerous or unsightly like some other rehabs I've seen. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice of a place it was for a very fair price. The only thing I wish was better was the restroom at the front of the building, it looked like it hadn't been inspected or cleaned for a couple of days. Great experience otherwise!"
