"The Arts Hotel is located right in the centee of Charlottetown, minutes from restaurants, festivals, etc. Check in was easy and the room was ready when I arrived. There's a lounge with TVs and a kitchen, along with a kettle, fridge, and fancy coffee machines. These amenities are not in the rooms."

"Clean facility and lots of parking. Staff are lovely. The room door had a bit of a gap that let in more light and noise than it should have. Easy to get around from the location. Very comfortable beds."

"At check in, Tameka, at the front desk, accommodated our request to add a day to the front of our stay. She made the adjustment that we did not need to move rooms. We were very pleased and appreciative. Our room was clean, and quiet. It was on the second floor and there is no elevator but was not a problem for us. Our interactions with any of the staff was always positive and friendly. The quality of the free breakfast was very good, continental and hot food items(scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans). We found the location to very good as it gave us easy access to restaurants and shopping."

"We were unable to reach our host during our stay.Property manager Garner was fantastic and made the stay worthwhile.Overall we loved the location. House was the perfect amount of space for our family…there were just a few things that needed maintenance:- outdoor shower did not work- jets in “spa bathroom” did not work- fridge water and ice machines did not work- oven top was not cleaned well for our stay- game room was also a bit disorderly upon arrival- broken guest room dresserWe paid a lot of money for this “luxury” stay and while the location was fantastic, I would not call it a luxury stay.I think in order for this to be a luxury stay we would need those items to be functioning properly and also could at least provide shampoo and conditioner/soap in showers.We would stay again if the house was a bit better maintained."
