"Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Complimentary drink and cookies were a very well appreciated addition. Alarm clock went off at 5AM as it was peobably set by previous guest and never checked by staff. Receptionist staff were a bit dismissive about the inconvenience caused"

"We were welcomed nicely when we arrived. The room was clean but very plain. The toilet's flushing power was weak and I had to ask for a plunger from the front desk. Breakfast itself was okay but it's unlikely you'll feel like a second helping. The breakfast nook gets crowded quickly - it's tight. (The room is actually a pub and still has furniture and decor from a different era) . The two of us had to sit right beside where patrons dropped off their cups and plates. This room definitely needs an update. We stayed in room 101 which is next too the laundry room and office. My first thought was to request a different room, but we stuck with it. I thought it might be a sleepless noisy, night but it was surprisingly quiet. There should be sheer curtains and drapery panels on the window to allow for more privacy and sunlight. One of the overhead lights was not working, which didn't add to our love for the room. The location is fine if, like us, you just needed to get to the airport after breakfast. I hope they can make some improvements because we'd consider returning."
