"A fab property in Salcombe. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. A comfy lounge, great dining table with plenty of chairs. Every bedroom had great beds and nice linen. We had a great time and hope to return sometime. A great location for a 15 min walk into town, but be prepared for the hill on the way back! 😂 We had a fab weekend and loved it. "

"The apartment is well appointed and Penny, the owner, very helpful. It has one of the best views in the building with two balconies facing the estuary and coast. The location is excellent with two hotel restaurants, a spa, coffee shop, and a short ferry ride to Salcombe nearby. A National Trust property begins next door offering plentiful footpaths along the coast or fields of wildflowers. "

"I’m almost loathed to provide this review in case the house becomes so popular we can’t book it again. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and perhaps the most quintessentially English view I have ever seen, with the sea to your left and the national parks protected valley to your right. A few mins walk to north sands means you have the beach on your doorstep and an easy walk into town or south sands gives you the perfect location. If I had any suggestions it would be an upgrade to the furniture , however it’s a holiday home and it’s understandable that they haven’t put the highest quality furnishings in place. We will be back!"
