"This place was amazing! I’d stay here anytime I’m in Pittsburgh again. It’s extremely clean and quiet. So much better than your typical hotel. The building is beautiful. All around amazing. Cons-parking was stressful trying to figure out. We did eventually but when you’re tired and it’s night and you’ve been driving…it was just overwhelming. It’d be great if there were better instructions for finding the parking garage. But it’s such a great place that I’m overlooking that part! And I wouldn’t let it deter anyone from staying-just know going into it that it might be hard to find."

"The hotel was nice but the bed was very uncomfortable. The variety of continental breakfast was good. The smoke from the casino was very strong even when not in there."

"All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The lobby and seating areas are beautiful. We booked a king suite. Weirdest room we’ve ever stayed in. The “living room” had a large 8 person conference table in the middle of it. The couch was hard and had horrible stains all over it. There were 4 doors to the room, weird. Large kitchen with a stove, microwave and full size fridge but no utensils. No full length mirror anywhere and no drawers to put your clothes away. No extra blankets or pillows. Otherwise it was pretty quiet. The breakfast menu was not what was posted online and they seem to be having issues there."
