"Excellent in every way"

"We didn’t even stay due to the horrible conditions of the property, the room itself and the rudeness of the staff. There was a man riding a scooter through the parking lot looking in people’s cars and police cars making frequent trips through the lots. We were only there 45 minutes. The room smelled like smoke, the toilet was running and had water around the bottom, the curtains were ripped and half off of the rod. There were footprints on the dusty furniture, and stains on the carpet. It was gross. I came with 2 teenage daughters and they were afraid as well. The photos on the internet do not represent the hotel we experienced. We ended up going to a Marriott in downtown Pittsburgh which was roughly the same price, much nicer, more modern, and a great atmosphere."

"The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was exceptionally good. There were a few challenges though. The pool that is advertised (the reason we chose this hotel over another BTW) is no longer open. In addition the toilet in our room ran the entire time we were there and the tub's overflow cover was not attached and sat on the corner of the tub leaving the opening gaping and ugly."
