"A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either."

"This boat was such fun. We had a great time. I don't know if six adults could really fit overnight but our 3 teens and I had a great time. There are two tiny adorable bedding areas. It's So fun! The toilet is a manual flush, which is a boat thing, fyi. We thought it was funny. The boat is moored in a nightlife hotspot but the noise didn't bother us. The other boaters were nice, overall. The boat itself was a little tired and worn and smelled a little musty. Not everything was in 100% working...
