Great Weekend Getaway

The house was perfectly clean and in great condition. A nice amount of space for the 3 of us, all adults. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and grill, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Gerald was very communicative and helped us make sure everything went well.

Cozy home with all appointments

This house has everything you need for a nice stay. Plenty of games, kitchen with supplies, and a yard. Great place for a family with a couple of small kids.

Outstanding host!

This house was cozy and comfortable, and well located between Newport and Providence. Gerald was an outstanding host who answered all my questions promptly - even calling me to clarify where to go to buy seafood or try to see a lighted bridge! I would definitely stay in one of his properties again.

Excellent Stay

While the outside was not what we thought, the inside was premier. Clean, warm atmosphere, comfy bed, felt like home. It was probably the first nice weekend in RI this spring, so we got to enjoy the backyard, and had some friends come over with their grandchild who LOVED the swing set. Thank you for a great weekend.

Well stocked cozy home

We stayed as a family of four and a mother in law. The host was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed. Clean home. Cute pond within walking distance would have been perfect for our paddleboards. There's a track right behind the house which is fun for getting a quick run in. About 40 min drive from Newport but plenty of decent beaches within 10 mins. Warwick is certainly not our favorite spot, but anyone coming to the area should consider a reasonably priced comfortable stay with this host.

Cozy and clean!

The cottage was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Gerald was also a great host, providing an easy check-in experience and recommendations for things to do in the area. The cottage has bathroom amenities including shampoo, plenty of towels, body wash, and a hair drywr. The cottage has a kitchen with all the dishes and cooking utensils you could need, and the beds were clean and comfortable The only thing I might recommend is adding more detail about what kind of coffee maker there is- it's a Keurig with plenty of K cups which was wonderful - we had brought along our own coffee supplies thinking it was a drip coffee machine but we didn't even need to bring anything! Great accomodations for the price, would recommend to others!

Charming, humble and well stocked

The host, Gerry, was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. Really nice guy. The cottage/house was very clean, comfortable and stocked with all of the amenities. The furniture isn’t brand new and has seen some use but is in good shape. It’s located in a safe neighborhood on a street that’s a little hard to find even with GPS because the street sign is hidden. (Landmark for street is that the corner house has a stockade fence with large rocks/small boulders lining the yard.) The street was very quiet. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has low ceilings and is great for kids but adults need to remember to watch their heads. We appreciated the AC being on for our arrival for the hot weekend and bottles of water & snacks. I would stay there again if in the area.

Short stay in Warwick

Had a great time in Warwick at end of May for our 4 days. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Weather was unseasonably cool and they came in person to turn heat back on. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again in future.

Our host was very responsive to what we needed, and apologetic about things outside his control (trash schedule changing.) Would definitely reccomend a stay here for anyone looking for a neat/clean place not far from sights of Warwick and Providence!

Very Nice!

Overall, our stay was great! Everything inside was clean and welcoming. The couches were a bit uncomfortable to sit on. But fine for laying down. And a visible house number on the outside would be helpful.

Small Cottage Convenient Location

My brother and I stayed at the Cozy Cottage while visiting family in East Greenwich. Check in was very easy and the owner was great to communicate with. I wasn't sure if we were at the right house, at first, due to a broken down car in the driveway. The house had nice kitchen amenities and was in a good location. The beds on the second floor were comfortable, but the ceiling is very low especially for an adult. We were glad to have a fan as it was very hot when we visited and the window unit on the ground floor didn't cool off the downstairs bedroom. All in all, the cottage worked for us for our visit. Thanks!

Great Home Base

The cottage was clean, comfortable, central to all the places we were visiting and all systems worked well. Hot water was hot, good water pressure, heating system worked well, TV offered all we wanted, kitchen well equipped. Host was very accessible and prompt on follow through.

Very Happy

This home was exactly as expected. It was small but the gathering areas, living room and kitchen, were surprisingly roomy. The upstairs loft had floor space and we put an air mattress in this area versus using the sofa bed in the main living area. Of course, the ceiling was vaulted/low on both sides due to the cape cod style of home. The single bathroom was small but we made it work. Overall, the home was very clean and well stocked. I would recommend it.

Perfect getaway house in Rhode Island

The house is very conveniently located near numerous hiking destinations in Rhode Island. It is also very close to Providence. Host was very accommodating and addressed all concerns, answered all my questions promptly. The house had everything we needed for a short get away with my wife ro Rhode Island.

Cute cottage

The cottage was cute. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. Upstairs sleeping area too small for an adult. The grill only lit up in one little corner. The location was perfect for our vacation but I would not go there again..

Great Stay!

My family and I had a great stay at this little cottage in Warwick. It was clean, cozy, and served our needs perfectly as we explored Providence, Boston, Plymouth Rock, Point Judith, Sandy Point, and Stonington. This was a perfect hub between RI, MA, and CT. Thank you for a great stay!
