"The property is exactly like the listing, very clean and the view is incredible for the price! We stay for 3 nights on a July weekend. The shuttle can pick you up right at your door so driving into P Town is no hassle."

"Excellent place to stay. I stayed in cottage number 1 with 5 adults. The cottage is maintained nicely and the porch and view of beach are beautiful. Beach access is convenient. The only reason I did not select 5 star rating is because I thought it was odd to have only one tiny mirror in the bathroom for a cottage that sleeps 6. Made it difficult for everyone getting ready. Parking is a little tight but it works. Overall this was a good value. Location is excellent along shuttle line."

"Exactly as advertised and very cute! Kitchen had everything needed and very functional. Right across the street is a beach perfect for watching PTown’s fireworks (were there for July 4th). Very close to Provincetown and there is a free shuttle that comes by every 30 minutes, very convenient."

"We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades. I wouldn’t say that I agree that it’s a well stocked kitchen but you can definitely make it work. You may want to bring a frying pan, some spoons, bowls and a full size coffee maker…the unit only has a Keurig. The unit has 2 refrigerators. One is very old and barely keeps things cold so you have to be strategic about what you put in there. The other one is a college size and both the fridge and freezer work but you can’t fit much in it. We ended up using our cooler. It seems that it’s time for a new fridge and everyone would appreciate the upgrade. The bed is on the firm side but with a memory foam mattress topper it wascomfortable. When we arrived the kitchen area had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned. I had to spend a lot of time communicating through phone, text and e-mail about this. I did finally get the majority of my cleaning fee refunded. However, this consumed a lot more of my time than it should have. Another positive is the AC. It was very hot when we were there and it was nice to walk into a cool room. In my opinion, this unit is best for 2 adults. You could probably make it work with young children but it would be tight with teens or adults."

Private Beachfront Cottage for 2—Spacious Deck on the Water, Breathtaking Views!

"My boyfriend and I’s stay at this North Truro cottage was incredible. The place is cute, well-maintained, and clean - and the best part, the host, Liza, is so attentive and helpful. I’ve never had a host who cared so much about their guests experience, and from day one she shared local insight on the area including places to eat and fun activities for us to do. She was also super responsive if we had any questions throughout our stay - Thank you Liza! This cottage truly is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation that isn’t far from the vibrant life of Provincetown. We LOVED it! You really can’t beat the deck and view either (see images attached), and we spent many nights grilling and eating out there. Highly recommend this cottage, and we are excited to plan our next trip back! "
