"Great location in Provincetown- 15, 20 minute walk or 5,10 minute bike ride Into center of town. Located in East End of town with great old houses well kept and beautiful gardens. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coast bike depot. Has its own access to beach across the street. Reasonably priced for PTown - plenty of parking and breakfast included. My room had some sand on the floor in October ! But still very clean and comfortable."
