"We happened to stay when they were remodeling, so there was a bit more noise than usual, but that couldn’t be helped. Then there was a small fire that was contained in the kitchen but the fire alarm went if at about 4:30am and we needed to evacuate….thought we would’ve heard from management about the situation but we did not. "The only real complaint I have is that the toilet ran all night, but I told the staff in the morning and they were really receptive to the feedback. All the staff, particularly the breakfast area staff, were exceptionally helpful and kind. "

"The staff working the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The only issue was with the sink in the bathroom. There was very little water pressure for the cold water. The other sink was fine. The ice machine down the hall from our rooms (3030 & 3032) did not work. There was also trash on the floor by the machine and a toilet plunger. This does not look good."
