"The tub in our room was kind of rusted "

"No room service. We stayed two nights. No water and no room makeup. Parking was really expensive. We had to call the front desk for towels. We travel a lot and the service was noticeably bad. I never leave reviews but this hotel was disappointing. I hate to leave reviews like this but it was so poor."

"The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The property had an excess of dust on the display piano and some of the wallpaper was separating from the walls in the hallways but otherwise it was beautiful."
